Skin is the largest organ of our bodies, is the limit between that which is private and the public aspect of the being. Skin reacts to stimulus. Skin tears and rushes. Through skin we bleed. It shows scars and those scars tell us stories. Through the skin we feel heat, cold, pressure and pain.

Pushing my lens closer to the subject matter deconstructs and explores the female body in order to observe her body parts in detail and the complex and delicate texture of skin.
